Social Uses of Mobile and Digital Technology

This session will present various projects and approaches related to the use of social technologies to create inclusion dynamics in underprivileged communities or environments which are unconnected from more integrated spaces. This use of technology for community development represents a new generation of practices in support of community participation and citizen empowerment.
