Parallel 3 - Inclusion and quality of life

Smart Cities are not only about technology. To be truly smart, a city must be able to offer all its inhabitants basic conditions for a good quality of life. This will include vulnerable groups such as women, youth or people with disabilities, among others. This session will explore inclusive policies and their importance in the implementation of Smart Cities.
