From Vision to action: implementing smart city projects and the role of local authorities

Mayors and representatives from different organisations will give their vision as first-hand implementers involved in taking the ideals of the smart city to real life. A chance to understand the barriers of implementation that smart city projects have and how to tackle them by taking advantage of the leadership role of local governments and by fostering coordinated policies with other public authorities and stakeholders.
