Biography
Colombian economist with a Master in Development Studies. Researcher at the Igarapé Institute of Brazil. Has worked in Colombia (CERAC and FIP) and Switzerland (SAS). Interested in violence prevention, peace and post-conflict agreements, drugs policies and research methodology.
