Biography
Anibal Gaviria was Governor of Antioquia 2004-2007. Recognised as the best governor in the country. Then he was Mayor of Medellín 2012-2015 and won the Best Mayor award in the capital cities category. He is married to Claudia Marquez and they have four wonderful kids.
