Biography
Alberto Silva is consultant for UN-Habitat and VP for Urban Management at Smart City Business Institute. He was the President of the Rio de Janeiro's Municipal Company responsible for the Porto Maravilha and the VLT Carioca. He is urban sociologist, concluding the Executive MSc in Cities at LSE.
