Biography
Edvaldo Nogueira is mayor of Aracaju(SE). Was councillor and deputy mayor. Took over the city hall in 2006 and re-elected in 2008, when the city became the capital of quality of life. In 2016, became mayor for the 3rd time. Manages with austerity and made Aracaju the 2th capital in cost reduction.
