Biography
Ms. Kathir has held managerial positions in ICT for 23 years. As Vice-President of Mosaic Maghreb European Commission, she supervises ICT programmes in the Maghreb. Member of the International Centre for Technology Research, Ms. KATHIR participates in drafting reports on technological trends.
