Biography
Dr. Matias has served as teacher, assistant teacher, principal, Deputy Chief, Chief and currently as Academic Chief of the Office of Language and Cultural Education. Dr. Matias earned his under-graduate degree from Greenville College (1990), master’s degree from Governor State (2001) and Doctorate from the University of Chicago (2015).
