Biography
Dr. Costa is a professor at UFSC where he heads the LabCHIS research group. Dr. Costa is a former Director of the two leading support organizations for R&D&I in Brazil (FINEP and CNPq). His most recent book "Humane Smart Cities" will be published by Elsevier in early 2020.
