The process of creating and enhancing social rental housing stock requires suitable strategic planning in the long-term and also proper executive programming in the short and medium term. In this session we will analyse different local experiences in Europe in planning and programming social housing from different fields: economy, budget, and financial, territory and urban development and instrumental, competence and governance.
