To reduce inequality in the right to housing, what systemic changes are necessary? In this policy dialogue, marginalized people and advocacy groups from Spain, Netherlands and Ukraine discuss with international experts how we can make housing systems more just and inclusive. The event will highlight, policy should address inequality in people’s capability for housing (abilities/opportunities) beyond the housing shortage and market issues.
