La Balma cooperative housing

La Balma is coop housing located on municipal land in Poblenou (Barcelona). It's a seven floors building with 20 dwelling and a lot of shared spaces thought for living in community. It's the first new construction project of Sostre Cívic, an umbrella organisation that supports cooperative groups to purchase and/or develop buildings, usually on municipal land, and advocates for the sector in Catalonia.
