Princesa cooperative housing

Located in the gentrified neighbourhood of El Born (Barcelona), it’s the first right to use housing project in the city. It's part of Sostre Civic, an umbrella organisation that supports cooperative groups to purchase and/or develop buildings.The building was built in the middle of the 19th century and its rehabilitation has made it possible to recover the original elements. The project has 5 homes of 45m2 and 65m2 and 3 spaces for community use.
