Currently Manager for Smart Cities. Director of IT Division (2010-2016) and Advisor of Sustainable and Intelligent Development (2016-2020). Adjunct Professor at InCo-Fing-UdelaR and a Master in Computer Science in NLP, with more than 30 years of experience in teaching and disseminating knowledge.
