Biography
He holds the title of architect from the Veritas University of Costa Rica. He holds a Post-Graduation and "Disaster and Development Risk Management" from the University of San Carlos de Guatemala, year 2009. Currently, he has been working for over 18 years in the Municipality of San José, in the Urban Development Directorate.
