Biography
Sommelier and gastronomy expert, with a background in hotel management and an Executive MBA, possesses extensive experience in hotel management, catering, and restaurant groups. Juggling the role of CEO at Seiton Business Consulting, he also engages in extensive teaching activities at universities and business schools. Among his accolades, he stands out for receiving the Andalusia Tourism Award in 2014 and the Excelencias Gourmet Award in 2015. As an international tasting judge, he serves as a strategic advisor for H&T and directs its tasting panel.
