Biography
Winner of Ruinart Sommelier Challenge in 2023 and current Sommelier at the Meliá Paradisus Gran Canaria Hotel (Spain), he boats extensive international experience as a sommelier and F&B director in Shangai, China, having worked at stablishments such as elWillyGroup, Dr Wine/DrBeer, or Sabor by Diego Guerrero. Among his comprenhensive training, he holds the "Level 3 Awards in Wines" issued by the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, Court of Master Sommeliers, as well as numerous specialized courses in agricultural and foos products, fermented goods, wines, and spirits.
