Señor Iván Cerdeño López

Iván Cerdeño López (Toledo, 1979) is the head chef and owner of the Iván Cerdeño-Cigarral del Ángel Restaurant in Toledo (Two stars in the Michelin Guide, Three suns in the Repsol Guide, three Ms in the Metropoli-El Mundo Guide). He received the National Hospitality Innovation Award in 2018 and was a finalist in the National Gastronomy Awards 2019. In 2021, he was named Chef of the Year by the newspaper La Razón. Additionally, he serves as an ambassador for Raíz Culinaria (gastronomy of Castilla La Mancha).
