Biography

He has amassed a remarkable background of training, experience, and unusual accolades for his youth. In 2023, he clinched the Young Chef Award from the Michelin Guide and secured victory in the Chef of the Year competition. Furthermore, he stands as the inaugural winner of the Promising Talent in Haute Cuisine Competition at Le Cordon Bleu Madrid. Additionally, he achieved the status of a national finalist in the XX Copa Jerez. His extensive experience includes collaborations with esteemed chefs such as Dani García (Calima Restaurant), Paco Pérez (Terra Restaurant, 1 Michelin Star), and Francis Paniego (Tondeluna Restaurant).
