Biography

Juanlu Fernández, a Michelin-starred chef, started his career in artisan pastry and later traveled through kitchens of renowned Spanish chefs to exlore his passion for French cuisine and merge it with the more traditional and patient cuisine of his homeland, Jerez. His enthusiasm, combined with his culinary training and tirless ability to reinvent traditional cuisine, is the common thread in the dishes he creates.
