Biography

Iolanda Bustos, known as "The Chef of Flowers", is an expert in botanical and biodynamic gastronomy. After 25 years of cooking in her own restaurant, she has shifted her focus to experiential cuisine, connecting people with nature through discovery walks of wild ingredients. She serves as a private chef, a judge, and a professional taster at the international Taste Institute in Brussels. Simultaneously, she is and author and a creator of agri-food products.
