Biography
Born in Barcelona, he studied law in Valladolid before pursuing culinary studies at Luis Irizar´s school in San Sebastian. In 2021, he earned his first Michelin Star at La Casona del Judío, and in 2022, he was awarded the Green Star for sustainability. He also holds 2 Repsol Suns, and in 2020, his restaurant was considered the best in Spain by The Fork. His signature cuisine reflects the use of local products.
