Biography

2 Michelin star chef, recognised as one of the top 100 young talents by the Basque Culinary Centre, patron of Le Cordon Bleu and winner of the first Young Chef Awards. Joined the University of Malaga in 2022 as Associate Professor in Organic Chemistry. Since then he has taught courses such as "Chemical Processes in Fermented and Distilled Beverages" and "Organoleptic Characteristics of Consumer Products" in the Bachelor's Degree in Gastronomic Sciences and Hotel Management
