Biography
Twins born in Barcelona in 1970, Javier and Sergio Torres have had a clear culinary vocation since childhood. Thanks to it, an excellent training and the treatment of the product from the technical and sensory reflection, they have achieved a great projection with their restaurant Dos Cielos Barcelona, and after its closure, they obtained three stars for the new restaurant, Cocina Hermanos Torres, in the Michelin Guide 2019.
