Biography

Creativity, learning, and leadership are some of the words that define Guillermo. Since his training in Kitchen Management, he has played various roles and embarked on culinary research journeys across multiple countries. His gastronomic studies conducted during these travels showcase his restless and innovative spirit. With a background that includes three years at the legendary Santceloni, international adventures, and his project Cantina Roo, featuring Nikkei and Mexican cuisine.
