Biography

He specialized in the Enomarketing master´s program at the Basque Culinary Center, where he completed his internship in 2021 at Ambivium, continuing on as a sommelier before assuming the position of director of the dining room and sommelier. In 2022, he was named Best Sommelier in Alicante, and in 2023, he was recognized by Las Provincias as the Best Sommelier in Valencia. During the same year, he also achieved the Certified Court Master Sommelier designation and received the Service Award from the Federation of Hospitality of Valencia.
