Biography
Chef by vocation, with an advanced degree in gastronomy from ACYRE. Eurotoques Scholarship recipient in 2000, Michelin Star in 2006 for Restaurant Mesana. Expertise in both traditional Spanish "Roció" tapas and sushi. Trained under the guidance of Masao Kikuchi. Achieved the position of Runner-up in the Sushi category in Spain in 2015.
