Dr Rikardo Bueno is the General Manager of BRTA - Basque Research and Technology Alliance, the alliance of 17 RTOs in the Basque Country with around 4000 researchers. The main goal of the alliance is to strengthen technology transfer to industry and to foster the cooperation among its members. Before BRTA, he worked at Tecnalia and he has been involved in the creation and promotion of European innovation initiatives such as Manufuture, Factories of the Future or EIT Manufacturing.
