Doctora Eloisa Del Pino Matute

President of the CSIC and Tenure Scientist. PhD in Political Science. Her specialization area are the political conditions for reform of the welfare state and the social policies in comparative perspective. She has been visiting researcher at Oxford Univ., Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Burdeaux, School of Social Pol.and Social Research at Kent Univ., and the Ottawa Univ. She was also Chief of Staff of the Minister of Healthcare, Consume Affairs and Social Welfare and Deputy Director of AIREF.
