Director General of the Cotec Foundation. BA in Biochemistry and Master´s in Science, Technology, and Society Studies from the University of Salamanca. He held the position of Director General of the Cabinet of the Minister of Science and Innovation, Cristina Garmendia. He was Deputy to the Presidency and Secretary General of Asebio. He developed his career in the field of strategic consulting, the biotechnology sector, and the public R&D system. He has taught at several universities.
