Co-Founder and Executive Partner SILO, where he has led many innovation policies, both at the strategic and project level –he has advised tens of national, regional and local governments and play a significant role in dozens of Techtransfer, PPI and sandbox initiatives.
Member of the Spanish Science, Technology and Innovation Council. Former Deputy Head of the Minister of Science and Innovation´s Cabinet. Former Board Member of CDTI, the Spanish National Innovation Agency.
