Computer Engineer at the Health Service of the Principality of Asturias. Since 2002 he has held various technical and managerial positions, being especially interested in projects that improve the health of citizens and provide value-added services. He is currently Coordinator in the Subdirectorate of Infrastructures and Technical Services, coordinating projects such as the Health Folder or the Health Data Space.
