Javier Bermejo Higuera (Cor. Cuerpo Ingenieros Politécnicos) is the head of the INTA ICT Department and holds a PhD in Armament Engineering and Electronics Engineering. He has been responsible for the implementation of the Galileo System Security Centre (GSMC), officer responsible for ICT security and technical director of the CIS programmes of the Military Emergency Unit. He has more than 20 publications in journals with impact factor (JCR) in the field of computer science.
