Degree in Geography from the Complutense University of Madrid. MBA- Instituto San Telmo. University Expert in Management and Use of Geographic Information in Public Administration - Universidad de Sevilla. My professional career in both the private and public spheres has been linked to cartography, GIS and remote sensing. Since 2010 I have been head of the Cartographic Production Service of the IECA.
