PhD in Economics and Industrial Engineer.
He has more than 25 years of professional experience; firstly in private sector (ICT and shipbuilding). After this period, he joined the ITG R&D Centre as Division Managing Director, leading, among others, the Digital Water and Circular Economy working area.
He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Spanish Water Technology Platform; participates in WATER4ALL, and collaborates as an expert evaluator for the European Commission, PRIMA and AEI.
