My scientific and technological output is reflected in the generation of bioprocess technology within the circular economy, aimed at the valorization of organic by-products for the production of prebiotic and probiotic products and their functional characterization. Likewise, there has been intense activity in technology transfer to agro/environmental biotechnology companies, having generated patents in biotechnological bioprocesses, which has led to their industrial implementation.
