Javier Oñate, a graduate in Business Studies from the University of La Rioja, began his career linked to the footwear sector in 2002, when he was appointed Secretary General of Aiccor, the association that brings together the more than one hundred companies that make up the footwear industry in La Rioja.
He has been the driving force and developer of what is now the CTCR, a key tool for increasing the competitiveness of the sector. Since then, he has held the position of Managing Director.
