Telecommunication Engineer from Seville University, with additional training from L’EPF École d’Ingénieurs in Paris, she has over 25 years of experience as a ICT professional in both the public and private sectors. In 2002, she joined the Superior Civil Service Corps of the Andalusian Regional, where she has held positions such as Director General of Digital Economy and Innovation, and Deputy Director of Digital Society at the Digital Agency of Andalusia.
