Dra. Elena Castro Martínez

She is a social scientist at INGENIO (CSIC-UPV), where she researches on innovation and its relationship with science. She has more than 10 years of experience in knowledge transfer management and more than 15 years in the design, planning and management of science and innovation policies. He leads the DINA-ITC programme and is a member of the expert group monitoring the MCIU's Collaboration and Transfer Plan.
