Sr. Mafran Martínez

Telecommunications Engineer, Master in Logistics and MBA, he spent his first working years in telco companies. In 2007, he was appointed Director of the ZAL of the Bay of Algeciras. In 2018, becoming CTO of the Port Authority of Huelva, a position he currently holds. He is a member of the DTLF representing HuelvaPort and Europlatforms, which he was Secretary General from 2014 to 2019.
