Bio
Msc in Environmental Sciences from the UAM. He has worked in the European research department of ATOS. In 2007 he joined CDTI working as National Representative in the Energy Programme Committee of FP7 (2009-2013). In 2014, he was appointed Director of the European Office of FECYT. In 2017-2018 he worked as acting DG and Deputy DG. He is currently the International Director.
