Distinguised researcher, focusing on the designof functional nanomaterials to adress various biomedical challenges. Co-author of 8 parents and over 40 scientific articles. Director of 9 doctoral theses and co-founder of the company Biomedical Bonding AB. Currently, she is also the Director of Research and Internationalization of Research at the University of Alcalá. In 2022, she received the award for "Best National Patent presented by a Female Inventor"
