Don Julio Merelo

Julio Merelo is the CIO/CTO of the Global Management Community (APD),where he leads the Master Plan for Exponential Transformation impacting nearly 3,500 companies.He is also the CIO at Alastria(European Blockchain Ecosystem),coordinating european projects and the implementation of Spain's Blockchain Infrastructure.He was the Director of Data and Innovation at Cecabank,CTO of Open Platform at BBVA.He has also worked at Repsol,Banco Santander,Iberia and Banco Popular.
