Wieland Kley is head of unit of the division for Cooperation with European Countries; Israel; Language Services at the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). Previously, he was personal assistant to the German Federal Minister of Research and Education and worked in several positions in the German Bundestag. He holds a degree in political science from the Freie Universität Berlin.
