Professor of Chemical Engineering at the Univ. of Cordoba. Academic director of the master in chemical tools for the agri-food and environmental company, and head of the research group Bioproducts and process engineering RNM 940. Currently I am also general director of transfer and OTRI and my main lines of research have to do with the valorization, through environmentally sustainable biorefinery processes, of agri-food waste.
