Bio
Dr. Bandera got his Phd in 2010 and since 2017 holds
a position as Assistant Professor in Málaga University. He is a
researcher at TIC-125 (Ingeniería de Sistemas Integrados) research
group. His work focuses on robotics, artificial vision, smart
environments and socially assistive robots. He is involved in research
projects that move the robots from the lab to daily life environments,
following user centered design processes. These robots aim to become
accepted, useful and accessible tools.
