Engineer and sociologist trained in Spain, France, Germany, USA and UK. Director of ONAC. Previously, Head of staff of the Minister of Science and Innovation, professor of Sociology at UAM (2009-21) and Tufts University (2012-21). He has been president of the Research Committee on Sociology of Science and Technology of the FES and a member of the COVID Vaccination Expert Group of the Ministry of Health. Author of over thirty scientific publications.
