Degree in Geography from US. Studies of Geodetic and Cartographic Engineering at UJA. Specialist in Cadastral Cartography by UAM. Urban consultant, he has worked in the local administration and is a civil servant of the Junta de Andalucía, in the specialty of Geography, since 1993. He is currently Deputy Director of the Information Infrastructure Area of the IECA. He is also a member of the CODIIGE and of the Specialized Commission of Territory Observation of the CSG.
