Bio
Professor of Aerospace Eng. at the U. Sevilla and director of the Space Surveillance Chair sponsored by Indra. He holds degrees in Electrical Eng. and Mathematics from U. Sevilla, and a M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Aerospace Eng. from UC San Diego. He participates in space research projects such as the Alpha Mission and collaborations with ESA. He coordinates the design of the Master's in Space Systems Operation, the first Andalusian master on Space, set to launch in 2025.
